  • Once dispatched, parcels are usually delivered within 3 to 5 working days.

    • Courier service

    • Weather conditions, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances

  • In some cases, delivery may take more than 5 working days.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly mentioned at checkout or during order confirmation.

  • Any additional charges such as customs or local delivery fees (if applicable) must be borne by the customer.

4. Delivery Address

  • Customers must provide a complete and correct delivery address.

  • Retro Chine is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.

5. Delayed or Failed Delivery

  • Retro Chine is not liable for delivery delays caused by courier companies or reasons beyond our control.

  • If a parcel is returned due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, re-shipping charges may apply.

  • Tracking details will be shared with the customer once the order is shipped (if available).
