Refund policy

At Retro Chine, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

• Customers must return the product within 3 days from the date the parcel is delivered.

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

• Items returned after 3 days will not be accepted.

2. Return Process

• Customers must ship the product back within the 3-day return period.

• The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer unless stated otherwise.

• Once the parcel reaches the Retro Chine store, it will be inspected.

3. Refund Policy

• After successful inspection, the refund will be processed.

• Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

• The refund will be completed within 5–7 business days after the product reaches our store.

4. Damaged Products

• Products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for a refund or return.

• If the item is returned in damaged, used, or altered condition, no refund will be provided.

5. Non-Returnable Items

• Certain products may be non-returnable due to hygiene or clearance sale reasons (if applicable).
